Extend and improve the child match specificity test.

Thought there might be a bug that caused any "any" matched to be chosen
over a "fixed/{dynamic}" matcher. It appears to work correctly but the
new test is good to keep anyway.

Improve the default home page for new paster projects.

  • Make the notice about removing public/index.html to expose the root
    resource more prominent.
  • Attempt to describe the project structure and suggest a few places to
    start looking for how it all fits together.
